RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns? No problem. 

Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. We will accept unworn, undamaged, full-price items purchased within 15 days from ancientloop.com. We do not accept returns on any special orders, custom styles or SALE items. Once 15 days have passed from your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will Receive a Pre-Paid Label via E-mail which must be used for your return to ensure we receive the product on time and to refund you ASAP.

Ancient Loop LLC, is not responsible for the items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. 

NO RETURNS ON ANY PERSONALIZED ITEMS.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For International Returns all the same rules apply, except the shipping must be paid for by the customer and sent to:

Please ship your package insured and pre-paid via your preferred carrier. We cannot accept responsibility if uninsured.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 15 days and will need to be thoroughly inspected by our team.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you. It typically takes between 5-7 Business Days, but it may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank - there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
